The Role:


Looking for Learning & Development Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end activities for the projects/initiatives which are running at L&D.

He / She will work closely with the team to ensure collaboration and consistency across some Org level L&D initiatives.


Educational qualifications – MBA or equivalent

Experience: 1-3 Yrs


The resource will:


  • Support the L&D team in execution of end-to-end operational activities

  • Manage and monitor L&D team communications across different contact channels

  • Managing and monitoring LMS related data activities
  • Preparing and managing training data required for L&D team activities

  • Designing communication plans for L&D projects (basic level)

  • Operational management of external training and vendor management

Required Skills:


  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel & Power Point skills
  • Demonstrates proactivity and problem-solving approach
  • Solution Oriented mindset
