Power Platform Developer – Technology Assurance

As Risk Assurance Senior, you’ll contribute technically to Risk Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to assist fellow Seniors & Managers while actively participating within the client engagement Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As a member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture and assist fellow team members while delivering an assignment.

We’re looking for professional having at least 2 years or more of experience. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Skills and Summary of Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the full capability of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
• Practical experience in the wider field of data, analytics, automation, Data Engineering, AI & Advanced Analytics.
• Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS), Connectors, Power Apps formulas and app development tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI DAX.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective business intelligence solutions.
• Exposure working in client facing roles, collaborate with cross functional teams including internal audits, IT security and business stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and facilitate remediation activities.
• Preferred knowledge/understanding of experience in IT Controls, Risk and Compliance.

a) Design IT Risk Controls framework such as IT SOX.
b) Testing of internal controls such as IT general controls, IT application controls, IPE related controls, interface controls etc.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Power Apps development and good experience in Canvas & model driven application development
• Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365 Suite, and SQL Server.
• Developing Microsoft Flows with REST-APIs, automated emails and SMS
• Experience in customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps Knowledge.
• Automating refresh schedules, triggering workflows.
• Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data within Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Create dynamic and static reports using Power BI and provide insights, extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and other security measures to ensure data privacy and compliance in PowerBI.

Ideally, youll also have

• Bachelors Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications in the Power Platform (PL-300,PL-900) are considered a plus
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
• Provide high quality client services by directing daily progress of engagement work, informing engagement manager of engagement status, and managing staff performance.
